Shipping & Returns

We want to offer you the best and cheapest prices so that you can get all the hottest trends at absolutely mega prices.

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.99 per order. For orders with a gross value of EUR 50.00 or more, shipping is free.

For shipping to DACH and EU we charge a flat rate of EUR 7.99. For orders with a gross value of EUR 80.00 or more, shipping is free. For shipping to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of EUR 13.99 per order. For orders with a gross value of EUR 130.00 or more, shipping is free.

Shipping and shipping time

The goods will be dispatched after payment has been received. Depending on stock levels and delivery country, delays may occur. We are a small Berlin start-up and we are going full steam ahead. Checking, packing, shipping and delivering takes a bit of time if you don't have 100 or 1,000 employees. We offer you absolutely top prices for this.

Shipping takes approximately 2-8 working days . Please do not contact us until these 8 working days have passed, as we would otherwise have to employ staff and extra customer service for such requests and add this to the shop price. 2-8 working days (also applies to EU and international) are completely within the scope. So please be patient, we always give it our all. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days.

By completing the purchase you agree to this. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless the seller offers "free shipping" promotions and the minimum order amount has been reached).

Return and refund ( cancellation )

The costs for return shipping and handling are also borne by the buyer. Therefore, do not order multiple sizes and parts. We describe everything as best as we can so that you can get the right parts and returns will not be necessary. Fingers crossed!

The return period starts from receipt of the goods. That is, from acceptance of the goods. If they were accepted by a neighbor or similar, this day counts. In other words, from the day on which someone accepted the goods. Remember that a return must be registered in good time and must contain the important numbers so that we can assign you. The goods must also arrive with us within 14 days at the latest! Keep your proof of shipping (receipt) until the return process is complete. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, register the return immediately, send the package back and it must arrive with us within 14 days . We have an automatic acceptance system that automatically returns packages that arrive late.

The money will be refunded immediately as soon as the goods have arrived on time and have been checked (unworn, not tried on, unwashed, undamaged). We need around 2-7 working days for this. Thank you Cozy. And now happy shopping.
